Our products are under our constant control until they are delivered to the addresses specified in line with the wishes of our customers. And every flower we deliver must satisfy its recipient. This is the final step in the completion of our work. If our customer is happy, we are proud to have done our job. If any of our customers are dissatisfied, we will be unhappy first.
